Exchanges are accepted 7 days after receipt of the product in new condition. Items must be unworn and have original tags attached. Return shipping is at your own expense. The sale or promotional items are final sales. Please initiate an exchange by e-mailing support@luxbyleslie.com.

Broken chains can be replaced at half the cost of the original price.

Once your package has been dispatched to USPS it is their responsibility.  Please contact them if you package is lost in the mail.  We are not responsible for incorrect addresses or lost packages.
